Today i want to educate everyone something i've just learnt; it's something called CPI. No, it's not Consumer Price Index but it's Corruption Perceptions Index. CPI is "the degree to which corruption is perceived to exist among public officials and politicians". You can check the CPI ranking of 180 countries in the world at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corruption_Perceptions_Index. Brunei may not be on that list but i've got inside information saying that it is around Hong Kong hehehe Okay i'm just bored, thought i'd share it with everyone. *Cue the boos* hahahaha
