Happy New Year

Yes it's new year's eve and my adrenaline is like rocking up to my head. It's been a GREAT GREAT 2007 and I'd love to recap everything that had happened along the year. However, I might just postponed my intentions to another post. I'm not the type that love to look back and try to turn back time if am not happy wif how things are/were. But at times the bittersweet memories are better preserved and cherished through such rewind. Ohh, I'll be having a private BBQ later at my crib. No special guests, no special menu. Just a cookout wif my big beloved 4545 family (sorry ladies..and dudes)! It's just one of those nights that I need to be alone wif my family grill out and haf multiple fun! It's coy but hey, I'm a family oriented person =) Anyway, I hope everybody will have a good time tonite and stay outta trouble -cuz this ain't the scene.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008!
I WISH YOU ALL
GOOD THANGS, GOOD THANGS
HAVE A BEAUTIFUL YEAR AHEAD EVERYBODY!

Benazir Bhutto 1593-2007

The assasination of Benazir Bhutto
The mourning over the death of two-time prime minister of Pakistan (from 1988-1990 and from 1993-1996) Benazir Bhutto followed her father's footsteps (Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, former prime minister of Pakistan in the 1970's) into politics, and both of them was died because of it - he was executed in 1979, she fell victim to an apparent suicidebomb attack.
She was feted as a symbol of modernity and fought long battle against corruption allegations. May her soul rest in peace.

Joke of The Day!

BLONDE, REDHEAD AND BRUNETTE IN A POTATO FARM

Three girls were on the run from the cops - a red head, a brunette, and a blonde. During the subsequent high speed chase the red head spotted a potato farm and suggested that the girls should hide out there.
Once at the farm all three girls girls climbed into a potato sack. The cops came to the potato farm, looked around, but saw no sign of the girls. The sheriff started kicking potato sacks to see if maybe they were hiding.
The sheriff kicked the bag with the red head in it and she yelped “Bark Bark” so they thought it was a dog. He kicked another sack, this one with the brunette in it, and she said “Meow Meow” so they thought it was a cat. Finally, just as the sheriff was about to give up - he kicked one last bag, with the blonde inside, and heard “POTATO!”

DID YOU KNOW?

Today i want to educate everyone something i've just learnt; it's something called CPI. No, it's not Consumer Price Index but it's Corruption Perceptions Index. CPI is "the degree to which corruption is perceived to exist among public officials and politicians". You can check the CPI ranking of 180 countries in the world at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corruption_Perceptions_Index. Brunei may not be on that list but i've got inside information saying that it is around Hong Kong hehehe Okay i'm just bored, thought i'd share it with everyone. *Cue the boos* hahahaha

Here are some pixx uploaded from yesterday's event.

I probably had THE best birthday happening in my 26 years of loud living. There were 3 other cuzins that joined my day, there were bounccers, I get to be a hot pirate and a foxy clown, got another cake (altogether I've scored 3 cakes) and best of all, my boyfriend's home at last! It was beyond my personal expectation. It's good it's good it's good! Despite being so irritably tired and exhausted (I didn't manage to gather up any sleep cuz went hanging out wif Kajah and my bro frm somewhat 11pm to approximately 5am in Big sis's room just talking about some stuffs on the previous night and I end up calling up and nagging Syuk that I couldn't sleep and eventually slept at 5.30am) I went ALL OUT *woohoo*

Thanx to those who managed to drop by especially the ITBians. I spent most of the day inside the house lazying up instead of smashing the day from the outside. Thanks to my uncles and aunts that's been great for preparing the day fer me and the rest of the Decemberians from the morn til the evening. And my father fer being a wonderful supporting dad -like always *hugs* I just can't believe it's over hehe Not sure if future birthdays can top that up. Overall, it was Brilliant -period.

Diary of Suze

From Left to right
Birthday eve dinner at Shereton Utama Hotel courtesy from my boyfie..he's the sweetest ya'll; Cake made to order, and it's a Louis Vuitton Bag!; Wasn't shy about his feelings -a personal message from Syukri *aww*; With the best man a girl could ask for =) ; I started my day posing wif my family (we're all in black outfit cuz we were heading to my aunt's crib soon after); Stabbing the beauty; In the buggy/shuttle at The Empire Hotel & Country Club Golf Course; The obvious things need no explaination *hehe*; Laying off starving at Twelve after spending whole afternoon playing water sports!

They redefined the meaning of 'morning sickness'

Name: Princess Suzie Age: 26 Birthday Verdict : Guilty

Yes I had a seriously awesome day yesterday. But fist off, thank you fer everybody who had sent me lovely SMS etc. Among them are from my gurls, my aunties, close friends and work mates (KKBS and RTB). You know who you are yea *long ugly smile* I'm still waiting fer the Mini Cooper 'S' to be wrapped and presented to me =P
Moving on, well lemme summarise everything that I want to remind myself by on my 26th birthday.
Morning
Syuk gave me a moning wake up call around 10.30am and as soon as i hung up my family banged on my door and presented me wif a cake and a horrible birthday choir conducted by my sisters. I mean I was quarter naked and hadn't even washed my face and flashes of cameras was hitting me already. Not such a glamour way to celebrate the morning of your birthday i suppose *hehe* Anywho, the humour didn't stoped there. Upon arriving downstairs Syukri surprised me wif a birthday cake and again the horrible birthday song swelled my ears! Mind you, it's a Louis Vuitton Handbag Cake *sweet* I should give full credit to Kajah and Syuk fer pulling up a great morning together fer me =)
Afternoon
Syuk took me to The Empire Hotel & Country Club and we spent the whole afternoon hitting up the golf course and getting wet *hahaha* Not the kinda WET your thinking about. Played water sports like the Banana Boat and Donuts! First 15 minutes into the game i already fell down the middle of the ocean cuz the boat that carried the 'banana' was going to a 35km/h speed! I just lose my grip on the sharp turn, and so did my baby Syuk *aww* Syuk can't even swim so i felt half bad fer cheering the guard/driver to go faster. But hey, it's his idea after all *hehe* From there we tried the open Jacuzzi and made a swim at the pool next to the beach. Posting the pix of us having sweet time swimming at the pool won't be a good idea =P I'll post relevant pix soon!
Night
After all said and done, we spent the evening having a beautiful quiet dinner at Twelve. Superb~ Quality at last meets quantity - on my humble little birthday. I'm grateful and blessed =)

Overall, its Un-be-lie-va-ble -with a capital 'U'.

Joke of The Day!

So yesterday I was traveling down the interstate to visit family and I needed to use the restroom (#2) really bad, so I stopped at a rest area. I was barely sitting down when I heard a voice from the other stall saying “‘Hi, how are you?”
I’m not the type to start a conversation in the restroom and I don’t know what got into me, but I answered, somewhat embarrassed, “Doin’ just fine!”
So the other guy says “So what are you up to?”
What kind of question is that? By this point, I’m thinking it’s pretty bizarre that a stranger expects to conversate while taking a dump so I reply “Uhhh I’m probably like you, just traveling?” At this point I’m wanting to get the hell outta there as fast as I can when dude asks another question… “‘Can I come over?”
Ok, this question is just too weird for me. Like, WTF! But I figured I could just be polite and end the conversation. I tell them“Nah man, I’m a little busy right now!”
Right then, dead silence… then I hear the person say (kinda nervously) “Listen, I’ll have to call you back. There’s an idiot in the other stall who keeps answering all my questions.”
Shenaniganz Wrote: Get Stooopid! haha

Morning everyone! I'm 'lazying' down my chair just waiting fer the clock to strike 12am later - cuz i'll be 26 by the hehe Anyway, wouldn't wana spoil the anticipation by talkig about it! So just the usual update anout the movie that I've watched wif Syuk last wednesday nite.

Alvin and The Chipmunks (or 'ChipSmunks' according to my aunt's linguistic believe *HAHAHA*)
"Alvin, Simon & Theodore" Well, the Chipmunks franchise is expanding their kingdom! Animated(by that I meant a CGI creations) talking squirrels can actually be funny and entertaining at the same time! I had fun watching this flick, just like the good old days. And just like Transformers, i did went to an underestimation period. Thought they wouldn't be able to pull it through but i was again proved to be a complete movie jerk! Most importantly, the morphed voices (especially of Theodore's) was an absolute definition of CUTE! Score: 8/10

Sorry to keep you all waiting folks! The internet connection has been very disapponting and frustrating *not pointing anyone to blame* I've been wanting to post so many things like the loss of Liverpool against Manchester Utd last weekend at Anfield. Argh! such a sore to my eye *cries* But it's alright folks, what comes around sends around *sniff sniff*

Moving on, I've managed to watch three movies fer the past two weeks and here are the conclusion.
1. Enchanted - An absolute lullaby. Kajah finds the movie quite interesting, fer someone who couldn't separate fantasy and reality (she even thinks she's a princess at times hehe i.e. Princess 'Diena') =) And am not a big fan of that new heroin..yes, she can sing but her act was alil rehersed and the ending is highly expected. James Marsden was the only reason that made me stay the entire time *drool* Ahh~ cure for the sore eyes ^_^ Score: A Boring 3/10!

2. Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium

I expected so much from Dustin Hoffman and Natalie Portman. I'm not saying it's a total disaaaaster, but I'm just a lil disappointed. Too disappointed. I mean the combination itself should be a blast! The storyline was great but the part where all the magic begins (wif Natalie as the leading role after the death of Mr. Magorium) was too long. Anywho 5.5/10 fer that!

3. I am Legend
Now this is what I'm talking about! Will Smith in his role as the last man on earth *uuuuu* surviving the outbreak from a man-made virus. The alien/zombies (whatever you wanna call it) is a lil creepy and i managed to jump outta my seat cuz you can actually feel the eerieness of the plot it's KRAZY! hahah my boyfriend too got 'stung' from his chair by the suspense plot where the zombies were chasing Will. Err, yeah hehe Enjoy this one folks! It's an adaptation from a book by i-dunno-who =) My verdict: 8.0/10!

Can't wait fer Alvin and the Chipmunks and National Treasure II *Hands up fer Nicholas Cage Fan*

YES! December's here baby! Nothing can get me all excited than welcoming the BEST month in the universe! I mean christmas and MY BIRTHDAY (that's on the 23rd December) *hint* is just around the corner *whee* umm so as NEW YEAR *sweeeeeet* But first off i gotta do a wrap up fer november! November has seen me in my best and worst, sweet and bad! Here are just few of the list, that i could remember:
My bigsis's DIENA's birthday was a smashing celebration (got her sumthing she always wanted and no, its sumthin that doesn't require an AA batteries or vibrations) *haha* Wanna greet homecoming queen Anne for coming home fer good after wrapping her nursing degree and master! Yippee! the poison ivy is home! Also welcoming a new guy to the world: Sab's first baby! Haven't got the chance to visit her and the lil man yet since his birth on the 24th November at about 10.55pm..prolly I'll visit you these few days over the weekend so hang on k Sab. And a huge CONGRATULATIONS to the bride & Groom - Mr and Mrs Salihin on their wedding yesterday 30th November 2007 *sweet* It's great to meet the ITB group back again..looking back, going to school just felt like yesterday *aww* took some pix and i should post it on monday, or so *goofy smile*

Now, I've literally boast my ups but I don't think it'll be appropriate to post the downs *haha* well, who wud be interested in learning my myseries over the month of November! Ohh congratulations to my boyfie who'd got his blaque slim PSP today! Yea, his toys cud buy me couple of handbags and wedgy shoes but he deserves the prize! Ohh I'll be helping him wif his upcoming BBQ on 8th December too!

A woman gets on a bus with her baby. The bus driver says: "That's the ugliest baby that i've ever seen." The woman goes to the rear of the bus and sits down, fuming. She says to the man next to her, "That driver just insulted me!" The man says, "You go right up there and tell him off! Go ahead, I'll hold your monkey for you."

WEEKEND SPECIAL

Genre: Action / Crime / Thriller

Yeah I've watched Hitman yesterday (Sunday) at a 6.15pm show. The Mall was surprisingly packed wif tonnes of homosapiens taking various form of shapes and sizes despite my last rememberance that payday would fall on the 27th Nov..I mean where did these crowd come from anyway. Hah! Despite that i occupied the best seats in the cinema *tee hee*
Moving on wif my reviews and ratings..

Hitman (2007)
Well the movie is adapted from a game called hmm Hitman *Considering they cornily explained scene location such as London - England and Moscow- Russia* Directed by Xavier Gens, It's about a gun-for-hire(Timothy Olyphant) only known as Agent 47 working for a group known as 'The Agency' as a high profile assasinator throughout the world and found himself in a political conspiracy wanted by both Interpol and Russian military. The action is great wif splurting blood, odd ways of killing his targets etc. but the claimed gunman don't seemed to talk much yea. Well, a bald guy wif great armour and shiny weapon? It don't get any better than that!
[Ratings : Seven outta Ten Stars *******]

Trivia: When the project was first announced, Vin Diesel was going to produce and star as Agent 47!

Shenaniganz Wrote: remember the biceps? during the shower scene~ *uuuu* ;D

When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion to develop a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300 degrees Celcius. The Russians used a pencil.

'Grandiloquent'

Ok so I'm at my desk going through the december calendar only to discover that I have less than two shitty weeks to wrap up the system that i've been assigned to do and supervised at work so that cud only mean one thing: more work and less play. It's not my kind of field to pussy around and not work but it's not my nature either to wrap things up at the very last minute before the due date! But like they say, i haf an ass of a soldier hehe *proud* ~background song Big Girls Don't Cry on air~ But rumors has it that either Azry will be helping me out or it'll be handed over to him completely. Hafn't had the time to discussed bout that wif him yet cuz everybody's busy with the ASEAN COCI thingy at Orchid Garden Hotel ( <- they went home at 3am last nite and i've attached the COCI webby in my previous post so you gotta scroll down abit, if necessary).
Ohh yea, I've managed to watched two movies during my nurtured spare time and the movies are:-
Stay Alive (2006)
My humble review and ratings are as follows: I find Stay Alive much intense and abit graphic fer my kinda movie (mind you I'm into romantic comedy, thriller and true-events memoirs). Well, fer a start the storyline is not only unaccepted, but my last psyc evaluation is that it is non-logic. It's that videogame and horrors that just don't mix! It's too tame to be scary and too silly to be taken seriously. It's equivalent of junk food; It's not good but it's predictable and even satisfying, in a low-expectation way. What it does seriously is waste time yet nevertheless it didn't fail to surprise me every 5mins..or so. [Over Ten: Two star **]
note- there's a gothic backstory to all this, which makes no sense but still looks pretty cool.
Akeelah and The Bee
Well, this is my kinds movie. It's an inspirational feel-good movie about an 11 year old underdog girl named Akeelah who's typically tried to fight the tide to achieve recognition and success against all odds through her knowledge of spelling, wif abit of corny straight up scene injected i know. Ever watched Spellbound? -where it generated cracking suspense in its competition climax, Akeelah is suspense-free, even with an attempt to whip a twist on it's pre-determined outcome. But beneath its sentimental exterior, to me the movie is foucauldian enough to take seriously the idea that knowledge is power! [Over Ten: 7 and a half *******]
note- everybody has their moments?! And the title of this blog up there is a word that I've boastingly learned from the movie =)

Anyway I've also come across this website on a simple bit of George W. Bush humour (that's 'humor' for you Americans) that I know you all love so much. It shan't necessarily be funny, but just sumthin that I just wanna share. Enjoy!

DID YOU KNOW?

Hey y'all! I finally made up my mind to insert/include and share few useful and fun facts over this blog (or else just an excuse to keep this blog running) hehe I may post one or two interesting fact(s) (and by this I do mean really useful and interesting) so just sit back and relax and let me and my co-writer smash this place up! Ohh Mr. Ten, just how exactly does your blog topic relates to the content *blur*
So my first DID YOU KNOW goes like this:

"Eating a teaspoon of peanut butter will stop your hiccups!"

Haa! =0)

A very good morning to everyone, the weather looks awesome today. This is my kind of weather, very dull and cozy; miss these kind of weather back in the UK. I do apologise to the creator of this blog for crashing in without permission but i'd thought to myself; hey this is a perfect time to blog... get those english words flowing as i'll be presenting a company to the department this afternoon.

Anyway, life is shitty on the 10th floor; had a good chat with the missus last night about how 'lucky' government servants are. Why you ask me? well one word sums it all up - lepak di kantin. Umm sorry that's 3 words, or is it 2? does di count as a word.... oh well another mystery in life. The problem here is that we can't lepak at the cafeteria, chitchat for a good hour or two and then go back to the office, wait for 5 mins then chao. That's how eeennnnviiioouusss i am with the government servants *looks angrily across at KKBS* wish we could swap places (not the gaji though LOL)

Btw i'll edit this post later; kaja ku alum siap kali ah bulliihhhhh <--- redbull punya advert =)

*edit: To the above post, the title of my post has a very deep meaning LOL jk It's to do with the Japanese company i'm doing; something to do with wind lah hehehehehe

This is me at work. Not on dope, not on drugs nor high! Hedious? i know *If only u knew what get us all excited* tee hee* Anyway, thats the 2nd blog for today (wadha)?! I'll upload more...soon. Enjoy!

note: sorry fer the poor photo quality guys. ada cia macam Ju-on hehe It may not be a Sony but my camera phone sure does 'wonders' *lol* jk See ya!

Something that i thought would never happen even in a million years: absence of hedious pollutants- both noise and verbal abuse from the 'commanding officer'! Such a blessing not to have her around and we at last can concentrate on our work more than on hers.

Anyway, fyi, this blog is basically still under construction and few touch up and editing is still in progress. Will try to avoind disappointing you guys as i myself can't afford not to advertise my writings to the 'world' (yeah right)! haha Ohh a handful congratulations to my colleagues who's been participating with the ASEAN COCI since last friday. I mean free meal and a room provided; can't get any better than that! ..ohh not until the boss decides to tag along hehe *creepy*

Anywho, will try to post - whenever i find free time that is. Cheerios!

What's gone is gone

God works in mysterious ways; and that's what i've always remind myself - everyday. The purpose of this blog i solely dedicate to Aziz Azreen on the dismiss of the beloved girlfriend the late Assrina bte Haji Anuar on last Tuesday night, 6th November 2007 after sufferring two days of coma. I only knew about the news yesterday afternoon when Aziz txted me about it. My deepest condolences and sympathy are with the girlfriend's family and Aziz himself; may she rest in peace and in God's care up there. Words will never be enough to cure the heartache inside and such loss but just like all cliche' (and proven to be true) - "time heals ALL wounds". On behalf of my old friend, I hope that we all / anyone who come across this page shall recite our prayers for her afterlife there, and may her soul rest in peace. Amin.

Al Fatihah.
